The experiment numbers, corrected

Mike spotted a numbering mix-up. Mischief Lab was the first Workshop experiment, and Pocket Orchestra was the second. Pocket Orchestra briefly displayed EXP 001 after an earlier request, even though the project catalog retained its original EXP 002 entry.

The current app header and footer, its README, and the catalog now agree: Mischief Lab is EXP 001, Pocket Orchestra is EXP 002, and Orbitarium is EXP 003. The Pocket Orchestra changelog keeps the temporary label in its history and records this correction.
